Usage Instructions

Hot water Immersion Method

Place CrampCare gel packs in Therma Pouch and pour hot water (approx. 80-90°C) on it till it covers the whole gel packs.

Close the Therma Pouch opening to seal it and wait for approx. 3-5 mins until the desired temperature is reached.
