Usage Instructions

Hot water Immersion Method

Place CrampCare gel packs in Therma Pouch and pour hot water (approx. 80-90°C) on it till it covers the whole gel packs.

Close the Therma Pouch opening to seal it and wait for approx. 3-5 mins until the desired temperature is reached.

Works Great

It works great actually, didnt think it was going to heat upthe gel packs so quickly. Also it didnt leak at all, that was quite surprising to me. It seals up very well.

Very handy to store all period products and to heat the gel packs during travel and take them to the office. Didnt think about the benefits of something like this until I started using it.
