    Step 1:

    Place the CrampCare gel pack for Uterine and Ovarian cramps into the hidden abdomen pocket tailored on the inside of the Aura ComfortCare undies

    Place the CrampCare perineal gel pack for the vaginal cramps in the small pocket located in the perineal area tailored outside the Aura ComfortCare undies

    Step 3:

    Ensure that the CrampCare gel pack for the vaginal cramps is pushed all the way into the perineal pocket till it reaches the end stitching seams

    FAQs

    Hot Therapy Instructions

    Microwave

    Step 1: Spread the gel in the Aura heal pack evenly with your hands and place it onto a clean plate. Please ensure there are no traces of oil. 

    Step 2: Place the plate into the microwave and heat the pack for 20 sec (800w) | 15 sec (1000W)|  12 sec (1250W)

    Please experiment with the level of heat you are comfortable with. Do not heat it over 30s! 

    Hot Water

    Step 1: Immerse the gel pack for approximately 3-5 minutes in hot water in a container. Do not directly boil the gel packs!

    ***Heat lasts around 1 hour. If further therapy is needed, re-heat as per above.

    Cold Therapy Instructions

    Freezer

    Step 1: Store in the freezer for approximately 30 min to 1 hr to freeze the pack. 

    Step 2: Once the desired temperature has been reached, place the heated packs into the pockets of the Aura ComfortCare undies.

    Cold therapy lasts 1-2 hours depending on the surrounding temperature. Re-freeze if further therapy is needed.



    Caution

    ***Do not judge the heat of the gel packs by simply touching them with your fingertips. Since the abdomen skin is more sensitive to heat, you should check by placing gel packs inside the underwear pockets. Only reheat if you still need more heat. 

    ***Please do not heat the packs way over the recommended times and without any intervals. (never more than 30 seconds! ) Overheating it too much may cause the gel inside the pack to leak.

    ***Please do not place the hot or cold gel packs directly on the skin! Always place the packs in the underwear pockets.
